The NORSUB internal protocols are a suite of proprietary, in-house communication standards developed for various marine and subsea applications. These protocols, including NORSUB, NORSUB2, NORSUB6, NORSUB7, NORSUB6g, NORSUB7b, NORSUB8, and NORSUB PRDID, follow the general structure of the NMEA-0183 standard.
